BOOK A RESEAL — CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONSLast updated: 22 October 20261. Our ServicesBook a Reseal provides professional bath and shower resealing and bathroom refresh services across Greater Manchester.2. Prices and QuotationsOur advertised standard prices are:* Standard Bath Reseal — £89
* Standard Shower Enclosure Reseal — £139
* Premium Shower Refresh — £225These prices apply to standard jobs. Heavily contaminated sealant, unusual surfaces, excessive silicone or additional work may require a separate quotation.We assess photographs supplied by customers and confirm the agreed price and scope of work before booking.3. BookingsAppointments are arranged directly after reviewing your enquiry. A booking is confirmed when we agree the work, price, date and appointment details.4. Preparing for Your AppointmentCustomers must provide safe access to the bathroom and a suitable working area.For standard resealing appointments, please ensure the bath or shower is reasonably clean and free from personal belongings before arrival.We will advise when newly applied silicone can safely come into contact with water.5. Additional WorkIf unexpected problems are discovered, we will explain them before undertaking additional chargeable work.Structural repairs, leaks originating from plumbing defects and full grout replacement are not included unless separately agreed.6. PaymentPayment is due on completion of the agreed work unless otherwise agreed in advance.We accept cash or supported card payments.7. CancellationsPlease contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.Consumers booking remotely will normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period. If you request work to begin during this period, we will obtain the necessary express request and acknowledgement before starting. Where permitted by law, charges may apply for work already performed.Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected by these terms.8. Workmanship and LimitationsWe aim to provide careful preparation and a neat, professional silicone finish.Bathroom-grade silicone can help resist mould growth but cannot prevent mould indefinitely. Ventilation, moisture, cleaning and the underlying condition of surfaces affect its performance.Resealing does not guarantee that unrelated plumbing or structural leaks will be resolved.Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.9.
